Went for spring break, hotel was not up and running well yet for the season. Issues with computers systems, my account triple charged initially, could not find my reservation initially, issues with magnetic card locks, used an actual key and only one for the 4 of us. And only one elevator in working order, with a slight 2 hour time frame of no elevators making us use the stairs. By the way we were on the 6th floor. Staff was accommodating and they worked to fix issues quickly.
