I saw few bad reviews about this place but I was positively surprised! Room was super clean and renovated, staff super nice, and it is on an amazing location with ocean view!

Went for spring break, hotel was not up and running well yet for the season. Issues with computers systems, my account triple charged initially, could not find my reservation initially, issues with magnetic card locks, used an actual key and only one for the 4 of us. And only one elevator in working order, with a slight 2 hour time frame of no elevators making us use the stairs. By the way we were on the 6th floor. Staff was accommodating and they worked to fix issues quickly.

Nice location, decent hotel but fruadulent room pictures. The reality was not even close to the actual room. The Hotel Manager must be used to complaints, given his passive aggressive attitude about the issue.

This is our 2nd time staying here around Easter. The rate was definitely decent for the location. Checkin was quick and staff Was very friendly. The only complaint was that you can hear the people next door. Maybe it’s because the was the option of connecting rooms. I didn’t remember it being an issue last year. We were woken up by people talking and coughing. Other than that, we were satisfied with the stay.

Front desk couldn’t be bothered to help
The facility was as expected but what made our visit horrible was our experience trying to retrieve an item left in the room. I realized the evening after we checked out that a family heirloom necklace was left hanging on the corner of the TV. I called the front desk and explained the situation and was told they would check the room and get back to me right away. After 2 1/2 hours I called again and was told no necklace was found in the room. I then asked if anyone checked into the room after us and was told no, only the housekeeping staff was in the room. I was certain where the necklace was left and implored them to check again. I was then told that a note would be left for the housekeeping staff and they would get back to me in the morning. I was also told that the hotel was closing for the season the next day.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we did not find any personal belongings in the room as the Executive Housekeeper along with housekeepers thoroughly looked through the room. They moved all furniture and nothing was found. We will continue searching in case it does turn up.

Unfortunately the room suite was horrible We thought the room might have been out service after informing the wonderful clerk at the front desk she escorted us to see 2 other rooms and was able to accommodate us the night turned out beautifully and the waves of the ocean put us to sleep 😴

The hotel looks much nicer in the photos. The bathroom/tub were pretty disgusting. Definitely needed a deep clean. Bought flip flops to wear during shower. There was hair everywhere and some sort of sticky substance on the nightstand. Thankfully the beds seemed to have clean sheets and linens. Location was okay. Not sure if I would stay there again.

It's really steps away from Rehoboth beach, has free parking and balcony. The beds were comfortable, room is clearn however could use some upgrades on their tv so that you can watch netflix when you wind down for the night. No smart tv and no free breakfast for a $250/night room.

Hotel room was nice and ours had a great oceanfront view. Given its proximity to the ocean and boardwalk-front location, it was surprising to find that there was no restaurant on the property… not even a coffee shop or breakfast area.

The room I had was EXTREMELY outdated. The light switches were literally hanging and loose. The window curtains looked like 1970s shower curtains. The mattress was lumpy, which I didn't even know that was a real thing. The floors were tile. You are definitely paying for location.

No-frills hotel, it was available the night I wanted to stay and few other places had any vacancy. The price was decent, the (partial) ocean view was nice, and I was able to leave the car parked at the hotel for hours after Sunday checkout. No complaints, just a very positive experience.
