Comfortable hotel right on the boardwalk

Posted Sep 24, 2016
Check-in was fast and efficient in an attractive lobby, our room was very comfortable and quiet, but what I really appreciated was how helpful & friendly most of the staff was.

Very nice view on beach

Posted Sep 20, 2016
Pros: It was right on the beach.
Cons: Trouble with the key
Location: There was a wedding on the beach which was fun to watch from my balcony. The main drag was farther than I would have liked
Although it was located a little far from the action the hotel was well worth the cost. I would defiantly book there again.it was

Great location

Posted Sep 15, 2016
Perfect location on beach. Lobby is nice, but other public areas still in need of updating. Good, helpful staff. Recently renovated room with fantastic side ocean view. Very clean with comfortable beds. Downsides were hard to slide balcony door, loud AC unit, and very difficult to open lock. Staff fixed the lock on day 3 of our 3 nite stay. Parking garage is very convenient, but could be tight for larger SUVs/vans.

Close to the beach and boardwalk

Posted Sep 14, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: General building cleanliness is adequate but notice some things need more than a fresh coat of paint.
Generally good experience. Did not use the continental breakfast. To many other options close by.

Good hotel, great location

Posted Sep 4, 2016
The hotel is situated at the end of the boardwalk. The Boardwalk is fully accessible and it made the beach slightly less crowded bc of the location. Parking on site, basic breakfast included. Wifi was free but inconsistent. Staff very accommodating. Each room has a balcony. The hotel itself was nice, just could use some updating which would really raise its rating. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Hotel close to beach

Not a good view of ocean - had room outside of elevators and ice machine noises - ceiling in room was damaged and appeared moldy.

Great location, nice hotel for a small vacation

Posted Aug 23, 2016
We were upgraded to a balcony view room for free, were able to check in early and were only several feet away from the beach. Great experience, but an older hotel.

nice old fashioned hotel on the beach

Posted Aug 8, 2016
Pros: Right on the quiet end of the boardwalk.
Location: perfect combination of a nice quiet beach and yet all the typical mid-atlantic tourist/family attractions you would expect.
Stayed for a 4 day weekend and had a great time. The staff was excellent.... competent and very friendly.

Great location, hotel needs serious updating

Posted Aug 4, 2016
Pros: Location.
Clean room, great location at the end of the boardwalk, right off the beach. Woefully dated...key locks on doors, finicky lock (had to jimmy the doorknob to get the key to work), heavy slider to balcony, very loud air conditioning unit, tiny bathroom, old and worn looking. Whoever owns this hotel would have to sink a whole lot of money into the hotel to bring it out of the 1980's....but they don't because, well, why should they? They can get away with charging $260+ a night during the season just because of the location.
