Use to be a Holiday Inn, do not clean rooms every day. Continental breakfast is all packaged, didn't open until 7:00 am. Pool didn't open until 9:00 am. Looks like they are going out of business.

There was nothing unique, and I have stayed here before but because they changed their name but property stayed the same it was a very disappointing stay. Plus it was very expensive, with only one pancake maker for breakfast! This place give Rehoboth Beach a negative view for the upcharge rate for a room during July!

Rochelle at the front desk was very professional and helpful with our check in process. In addition, she gave us tips about the area amenities, easy transportation methods, and a bit of history.

This is not a Boutique Hotel. It appears to be an old Hampton Inn renamed. There was no one at the desk for check in. Had to find staff ourselves. 4 out of 5 keys didn’t work for our room. Although the staff was friendly they didn’t seem to know what was going on. Not worth $400 a night.

We love the ladies at the front desk! We love the property and the cleanliness of the room and the location is perfect! We always try to stay there and it’s very safe and clean. The wonderful ladies are so kind and happy and friendly. We absolutely love it there!!!

Aged hotel but clean and the room was spacious. Staff was friendly. About a 67 minute drive to the beach. Hotel breakfast lacked, but I didn't exact much form it.

No room cleaning unless requested well in advance. Each breakfast day they ran out of food. Tables not wiped until end of day. Found prior tenant hair in the shower drain. Prior tenant's Cheerios remained on the carpet for entire week. Open soap bar wrapper from prior tenant. Stairwells were dirty and sticky, never cleaned. Debris in hallway carpets remained for days. Elevator had spills for days. Each night manager parked her car in the front fire lane. Telephone needed repair. Two days to fix.

Its a solid place and we use it every year. Since covid, ive noticed less staff and the carpet in the hallway looked like it hadnt been vacummed recently. The food for breakfast is okay.

GREAT family stay
Our 3 night stay at Beach Boutique was wonderful. The room was SUPER clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfy and it was so nice and quiet. Away from the chaos of rte 1 and you have Fresh Mart right next door that has great snacks and anything you may have forgotten at home. Staff was friendly and helpful and pool was super clean and enjoyable after a day at the beach. I am already planning my stay for next year.

Overall a good hotel
I thought it would be within walking distance to the beach. You could do it but would have to cross some busy roads. It was like 5 minutes from the beach and pretty centrally located for our purposes. There was a bus we could catch behind the hotel that could take you to various beaches and was a quick ride. Not the fanciest of hotels but clean and safe.
