Pros: location Olive St is a beautiful area. very close to the boardwalk and main st attractions Cons: My room had bugs. they charge $20 a day for parking All in all, it was not a bad place (except for the bug i found in my room) if you are just at Rohoboth for a night or two. The place is old but not in dis-repair. I was turned off by the charge for parking as free parking was listed as a feature of this hotel. Most of the area is metered parking.

This is a decent hotel for the price if you're looking for a couple of days at the beach by yourself. If you're looking amenities or the like, this is not your place. But if you're looking for somewhere to sleep and shower near the beach and near downtown, its really to beat for the price. One thing to keep in mind is that they have limited parking at the hotel, but for a cash deposit at the check-in desk, you can get a free city parking pass for the streets near the hotel. So bring a little extra cash for that.

The lamp was not plugged in when I arrived which made it difficult to see my way around. The wall switch did not turn on the light because it was unplugged. Would have been nice if the room was better prepared. There is precious little floor space in the room. The "free parking" refers to parking on the street, in spaces that have no meters, and it is rather difficult to find anywhere near the hotel.

It was a small room, but not too small for two people who packed light. The toilet had an issue with the flushing mechanism on the inside becoming detached. Otherwise, it was nice to stay at.
