lying to the guest - terrible!

Posted Jan 7, 2018
Pros: Proximity to my home town
Cons: Stop lying to the guests
I asked three different hotel staff, including hotel assistant manager, hotel manager and manager on duty if they are spraying the sheets in the room and the answer was - NO!! video tap from a hidden camera proved they are spraying the sheets with unknown liquid. Talked to the hotel manager, Merav Sobreno and after she saw the tape she said "yes we are spraying the sheets only with soap and water..." as far as I know soap is chemicals too, they promised me they will not spray my sheets and they lied to me. After they were caught in the action they had a bunch of lame excuses. Its unacceptable and disgrase. Stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel close to the Wizmann Centre

Posted Jan 2, 2018
Pros: Breakfast buffet and the Front Desk Staff.
Location: There isn't a great deal to do in the area but the necessities are there. It is right next to the railway station so easy to get to Tel Aviv.
This was a perfect hotel as I was visiting customers at the Weizmann Centre. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and happy to help. The room was very comfortable and clean. They do a lovely breakfast buffet with a huge selection.

A wonderful find close to the airport

Posted Aug 5, 2017 on Hotels
We only stayed overnight after flying in really late but my husband has stayed here in the past on business on a number of occasions and really rates it as I did last night. Very clean and quiet and a fabulous breakfast which started at 6 am and finished at 12 pm (but think that's just on Fridays).

Stayed for business, but plenty of restaurants in area, as hotel doesn't serve evening food. Good buffet on 10th floor. Good breakfast. Train station next door if you need to go into Tel Aviv. scored down on service, as on checkout the guy was more interested with his phone, than dealing with me.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in Rehovot

Posted Feb 3, 2017
Pros: I liked the quiet, clean room, the food in the business center, and the convenient location. I felt the rates were very reasonable.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel is expensive, so it would be nice if there was a cheaper alternative, especially for breakfast.
Location: The Leonardo Hotel is across the street from the light rail station, so you can manage without a car. Next door to the hotel is a supermarket.
When we arrive in Israel from the U.S.,we want a quiet, comfortable hotel near the Ben Gurion Airport. The Leonardo is a 30-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute train ride from the airport. Right across the street from the hotel is the train station so you can manage without a car. The rooms are very clean and modern. The business center features computers, newspapers, and generous snacks. The staff are very helpful.

Great hotel, conveniently located!

Posted Dec 31, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: Facilities, location, staff, free parking, price, food, wifi, business center.
The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located directly across the street from the Rehovot train station. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (especially Gil), they will go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. Indoor parking is also included in the lot next door. The breakfast buffet is very good. For the price/location this place is great, you couldn't ask for better!
