“Nice clean place… minimal breakfast”

“Property is old and run down. My room smelled musty and was pervasive. I stayed for 4 nights to attend the Paducah Quiltweek. The bed was hard as a rock. The only good thing was the front desk staff. Both women were friendly and tried to get me into a ground room floor. ”

“Staff very friendly. Liked the coffee/tea machine, the tea did not taste like coffee. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the area clean. My only dislike was the large cabinet in our room rattled everytime we walked by. Also we were on the second floor, did not like the stomping of the people above us.”

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in my 83 years. The hotel was in the process of a giant renovation and it is not ready to be rented. The rooms were clean enough but had a bed, small round table and no chairs. We asked for chairs to be delivered and were told they would be. They never came. When we checked out, they denied promising to deliver them and told us tables for all rooms "are on back order". There was no microwave or small refrigerator and the reception on the TV is far……

“Room was clean and cozy. Too many decorations on the counters leaving less room for my bags and toiletries. Walls are not insulated well and with vinyl flooring you could hear the conversation in the next room. Ok hotel for the price.”

“The hotel was very clean and quiet, with a lovely surrounding environment. I had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!”

“Our room was one of the cleanest we’re stayed in. The beds were comfortable. Was able to hear the neighbors on an early morning phone call but that didn’t last too long. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Staff very friendly. Assisted with getting TV on and checked back to make sure it was working correctly.”

“Staff was. Room was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was good. ample parking.”

“Bit rundown and could use some cosmetic up keep. (Ex: there were multiple unpainted dry wall patches). Despite being dingy, it was clean and the water pressure on the shower was good. For a cheap stay, it was fine.”

“Parking was easy and plenty. Breakfast selections were nice. Pool wasn't busy so it was also nice but the hot tub was down. What made me do this review though was, the man at the front who checked me in. So personable! Good conversation and kept us engaged the entire check in process which made it hardly feel long at all! La Quinta is lucky to have such a great and friendly employee! ”
