The heart of Reims

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: staff, location, cleanliness
Cons: We found the price of breakfast a bit expensive.
Location: City center on the main shopping boulevard. Shops, restaurants, and bars close by. Cathedral within walking distance. Underground parking close by.
If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great option. The staff is excellent: friendly and efficient. The value for what we received was better than expected. Parking is close by and the hotel gives a discounted rate.

Close to notre dame and many attractions

Posted May 15, 2017
The hotel was located in the center of the city close to lots of restaurants, parks and Notre Dame. Hotel was beautiful staff were friendly. The WiFi unfortunately doesn't work above the first floor. Had a lot of trouble staying connected from inside of the room. Room had the bare minimum but had a great view.

Great location but very noisy and not clean.

Posted Apr 10, 2017 on Hotels
Hotel room was dirty on arrival bathroom had hair all over it still and old guests toiletries. Staff apologised but nothing was done about it and still dirty on day 2. Staff are friendly and speak good English. someone is on the door 24/7. Great location and central but extemely noisy so if you aren't the one to be out until 2am you will be kept up until then anyway windows don't Eliminate any sounds and felt like we were outside in the bars and clubs when inside.

There was a receptionist when I arrived who was a guy from Muritania, a holder of PhD, he was very friendly and helpful, he gave me a brief about the city and the neighborhood

Budget hotel in a great pedestrian area!

Posted Nov 10, 2016 on Hotels
We stayed in a triple room for two nights in October 2016. The hotel was located in the center of a pedestrian area of Reims with a number of cafes, bakeries, and bars within a block or two. Check in and out was simple as the reception spoke adequate english. Breakfast is 9 euro/person/day but we opted out and walked down the street and got fresh pastries from a bakery. The triple room itself was as expected. A double bed with a single bed just at the foot. Not the largest rooms you will come across in France but for the price it was not an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable which is all you can really ask for! Would stay here again! Had an early train to Strasbourg and arranged for a taxi service. 20 euro ride to the TGV station.
