Great Hotel, Great ValuePosted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: Size of room, cleanliness, comfort, front desk staff, included breakfast. There is paid parking adjacent to hotel and nearby as well.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Location: Excellent for those travelling by train, easy walk to the station. Not much to do right around the hotel. About a 15 minute walk to the old city.
We and two friends spent 3 nights at this Novotel hotel. It proved to be the best value for money of the four hotels we stayed at in France. It is quite new, very well maintained and clean. The room was very large, and the bed comfortable. If there was any downside to the room it was the somewhat limited space to put or hang clothes. But this is by North American and not French standards. Another possible downside for some guests is that the shower stall is quite small. Breakfast was included in the room price, and it was excellent. Lots of choice, including eggs, and very good coffee. The breakfast room is large and cheerful. What really made our stay special was the front desk staff and in particular a young lady by the name of Hafida. She went out of her way to be helpful, including arranging a wine tour at a small family operation - even though it was harvest time. Even better, when we found that our rental car had a terrible odour (spilled milk left to spoil - or worse?) she called on housekeeping. They sprayed our car with an odour masking liquid used by the hotel. On departure, Hafida provided a small amount for us to take with us as we needed to make repeated applications. All and all, a great stay. And special thanks to you Hafida.

Nicht alles ist verfügbarPosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: 1. Das gute Frühstück. 2.

Close to city centre with good wheelchair access.Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Wheelchair access Location/ proximity to town centre
Cons: Air conditioning and fridge in the summer. Parking for blue badge holders.
Location: Brilliant location close to restaurants, Reimes cathedral and a supermarket.
Nice clean hotel with good sized rooms and walking distance to Reimes cathedral and town centre. We had 2 interconnecting rooms incl. one with disabled facilities. The disabled accessible room was a good size with a excellent walk in wet room. Both rooms had a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink, though there were no dishes, cups etc provided. However, one of the fridges, and one room's AC was not very efficient. The hotel has it's own parking but it is an additional €10/night even with a blue badge. There are some parking spaces outside on the street, but we never found one available. Overall, relatively good.
