“An exceptional and truly excellent experience on a world-class stage, our room in the Cottage was newly updated and gorgeous. The staff was amazing, including helping us get to the correct train station to catch our TGV to Paris. Dinner at Le Parc was exceptional. Finally, the location is exceptional for champagne tours - with two of the best right across the street. This is a stay for your bucket list.”

“Parking facile d'accès mais pas sécurisé. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre très calme très bonne insonorisation et surtout climatisation qui certe fait un peu de bruit mais qui a le mérite d'exister ”

“We spent one night here on our way to the north of France and it was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Parking is included, the rooms are air conditioned (we were there during a heatwave), everything is efficient and fuss free, the rooms are clean and it is around a 10 min drive to the center of Reims.”

“Nice room and good bed, clueless staff at the reception. Rooms were not ready at 3. Breakfast adequate but not very good for a 4-star hotel.”

“Nice comfortable room. Helpful staff. Free tea / coffee and sweets. No restaurant but food is provided and is good quality and value. There are also restaurants nearby. We tried L'Atelier di Pasta which was excellent. Highly recommended.”
