“Hotel is under refurbishment, I can smell new paint from our room which was not good. Hotel location is perfect, walking distance to city centre. Receptionists were nice and friendly.”

“Nice little find in Reims. A must stay. Great location. Quiet and serene. A perfect hotel. Staff were very personable and very friendly.”

“Wonderful base camp oasis to visit the Champagne region. All staff are highly professional, attentive and courteous, from the valet to the porters to the front desk to the bar and restaurant to the housekeeping team. Truly 5 Star service. The junior suite was well appointed and comfortable. The sitting areas and pool were also delightful. The restaurant amply deserves it's three Michelin stars. Highly recommended. “お料理やワインは素晴らしくとても美味しかったです。 レストランスタッフの対応が残念でした。”

“The hotel is good”

“Perfect stop over after long drive from Calais, love the retro feel it has. Room was big enough for two people and a spaniel. Quiet location too. Staff provided us with a locally brewed bottled beer which was very good. My only disappointment was a small one and that was small paper cups instead of proper cups and uht milk in the room- Although the breakfast facilities did look very good, we didn’t have time to try them. Would stay again.”

“I really liked the layout; having the toilet and the shower/bathroom in separate rooms was very convenient.”
