"The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

"We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. "

"Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön angelegt mit traumhaften Blick und Pool. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal bemüht, leider dem Ansturm von vielen Gästen oder größeren Gruppen, die zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken, nicht immer gewachsen. Da verschiedene Personen zuständig sind für Aufnahme der Getränke oder Eierspeisen. Bei vielen Leuten konnte auch das Buffet nicht immer gleich nachbestückt werden (Teller, Essen etc.), daher entweder nicht zu den Stoßzeiten frühstücken gehen oder etwas Zeit...

"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. The food was fine, but was only limited to one restaurant as the other ones needed to be booked ahead of time and the other two were closed for private events. There’s a...

"We stayed in the panoramic suite, #18, down by the port. Amazing room with full and easy access to the main building and pool, but better yet, to the port and all its shops. Watching the boats come in and out through the port channel, directly from our window was pretty awesome."
