"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. The room is so small, fits a queen bed and a twin with a nightstand room in between in each direction, does not have a mini fridge, the A/C wasn’t working, we had to sleep with our windows open, which faced the street and it was very loud from...

"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "We stayed in the panoramic suite, #18, down by the port. Amazing room with full and easy access to the main building and pool, but better yet, to the port and all its shops. Watching the boats come in and out through the port channel, directly from our window was pretty awesome."

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
