Great resort especially if you have an event at the Reno Sparks Convention Center. There’s a skybridge connected to it.

Had a great massage; spa was great; room Was nice; had one bad experience when I ordered a sandwich over the phone from the Manhattan deli. I requested a patty melt, I know I said that but when I got downstairs to pick it up, the guy told me that I had ordered a Manhattan melt and refused to change it for me. It was my 75th birthday and I wanted a patty melt for my birthday but that’s not what I got! Very disappointing.

I didn’t go to the casino but my room was clean comfy and I had my breakfast in my room. It was all yummy and I was happy with everything.

The rooms were nice and clean and the dining was outstanding. Was a little disappointed in the spa facilities. They were small and over crowded. However the massage was wonderful.

What a beautiful place!! Our room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, the casino was fun and clean, and Toucan Charlie’s is the BEST buffet with fabulous food!!

Nice place next time would try to do one of the newer rooms. We had Mountain View but room was dark & tub did not drain.

Room was extremely dirty had to change rooms several times. Dirty on the floors, stuff in the carpets. Their other guests were falling down drunk, or possibly tweaking. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Go anywhere else.

Wi-Fi was horrible.Terrible in other words. Pool was really good 👍.The room was really good too but it didn’t have a microwave and my mom needed that microwave for her chai ☕️. Now on to the bathroom. The bottles(the toiletries bottles )was too small.It was only good for one bath 🛁.Speaking of bathing ,the water in the shower 🚿 was too hot. My foot literally got sunburned.

Wife asked for late checkout to 2:30, and received verbal ok. At 1:30 stopped by front desk to confirm and was told it would be a $35 extra charge and our door key was already inactivated so we could not retrieve our belongings still in the room. We back to the front desk and got them to activate a key to pack our things and check out. Poor our inconsistent communication in this case.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My stay at Atlantis Resort and Casino was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I stepped foot into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The resort's architecture is breathtaking, with stunning views at every turn. The rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.The variety of dining options available catered to every palate, from fine dining to casual fare, each meal was a culinary delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the sprawling pools and pristine beaches to the thrilling casino and indulgent spa, there was never a dull moment.However, the only downside to an otherwise perfect experience was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in certain areas of the resort. As a non-smoker, it was a bit off-putting at times. Nonetheless, the exceptional service and unforgettable memories made during my stay far outweighed this minor inconvenience.Overall, I highly recommend Atlantis Resort and Casino for an unforgettable vacation experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels pampered and cared for, making it a five-star destination in every aspect except for the occasional whiff of cigarette smoke.

I like the some details such as head lights, makeup mirror. I don’t like the bedding, not very comfortable. I don’t like the check in staff neither. I got overcharged $10.40 from the price Expedia gave me. It’s not a big amount, but don’t like the open end

Restaurant staff were very nice and have excellent service. Food was great. Nice casino. 21 tables were full of players. Room was nice. One small complaint, bathroom fan didn't work.

For the 20th time the Atlantis bait an switched on my room I upgraded for.. I paid for a premium king room a got a handicap room with a hand held shower and view of the roof complete with loud heating units!! F U Atlantis!!
