When we first arrived, I was worried because the hallway and elevator were dirty, old, and did not bode well. However, when we got the room it was like walking into a new hotel, VERY nice. It was worth it. Then again, the Jacuzzi tub was broken and they could not fix it. They did their best to rectify with a partial refund, but it was the reason we booked the hotel so it was VERY disappointing.
Other pros: The towels are actually big enough, provide a sufficient number of them, down comforter, the brand of shampoo, etc.
Cons: Broken amenities, the bed almost flew off the frame when we sat at the end, the rest of the hotel was dirty and old, part of the curtains were broken...
Really the niceness of the staff made up for most of the other things.
