Terrible customer service

My great-nephews and I recently spent 2 nights here. While there were only 2 sets of towels in the room, this was a minor inconvenience.. However, after spending the next day out doing many activities, we arrived back at our room to find it had not been cleaned. I attempted to call both housekeeping and the front desk multiple times with no answer. I at that point I went to the front desk, where I was at least able to have towels delivered. Neither the front desk clerk or the person delivering the towels seemed in the least concerned that our room had not been cleaned. I was also unable to access the internet during our stay. When checking the next morning, when asked how our stay was, I again expressed my disappointment. The clerks only response was "oh".
