After a busy day of traveling and competing in a weightlifting competition, I was ready for a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, my room was right above the Novi nightclub. I was awakened by loud music and thumping bass. I called the front desk around 1:30 AM and was able to get a new room. I opened the door to the new room but was shocked to see a pair of legs on the bed. The night manager assigned me to a room that was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and was finally able to get another room on the 11th floor. After the whole ordeal I finally fell asleep after 3:30 AM. I appreciate that the manager was trying to help me but it was an ordeal. If you are assigned a room on the 5th floor near the club, try to get a different room!

I would have given it 4 stars because most things we wanted to do were close enough. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because they should have better AC. It’s already very warm in the casino and the hotel rooms and the lowest the AC went was 60 degrees but it felt very suffocating trying to sleep. Most of the time we were waking up early because of how stuffy it felt. We also wanted to get waters from the vending machine near the elevator and they didn’t have anything. I will say that it was a pleasant stay and I would maybe stay there again in the future.

I had a non-smoking room, but the floor under me must have been smoking as I woke up in the morning to the horrible stench of smoke and could barely breathe due to my allergy to cigarettes. Room was very small and old. They gave me a terrible room which when I opened the window, I got a beautiful view of the roof. I should've taken the upgrade to a suite for $45 they offered at check-in.

Located in the River Walk District. Close to some great eating and central to many casinos. We enjoyed walking around and enjoying the many art pieces around town.

First I would like to compliment the coffee shop staff and security staff. Walking to my table, I got my foot stuck on the carpet. I fell and did significant damage to my shoulder. Staff was professional and kind in getting emergency help to me. I am grateful for their help. We will be back!

Downtown Reno, like many major cities is in decline. Lots of homelessness and sketchy businesses. That said, if you stay in the hotel it’s all fine.

The lights in my room came on and off on their own in the middle of the night, room 350. The elevators were really slow. There wasn't an ice machine on the 3rd floor.
