We already paid for the more expensive room on a Friday, the check in agent remarked on my tired face and red eyes. It’s shameless that they would do that! The keys to the room did not work, so my husband with a bad back had to stand in the hallway at the room door while I went back to the front desk for them to make new keys. THEY KNEW THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAVE NEW SYSTEMS AND IT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM! So why not use the new systems to code the keys in the first place-again after we paid an additional $30 to check in 30 minutes early! The size of the room is adequate for our family of 3, there is a coffee maker and a mini fridge. No microwave. The room was sufficiently clean except for the used K Cup pod in the coffee maker this morning. The shower does not get hot just very warm. The AC/heater only has one fan setting. The towels are not soft and luxurious, the beds are way too soft and not supportive at all in the “Premium room 1119.” The “view” is the parking structure and the hotel across the street. This room has a small sitting area with two chairs and a table by the window that overlook the neon pink outlined parking garage. The pool was closed. Not a first choice for a future stay but we are here for the quick walking convenience to the Reno Event Center.
