Great Hotel Near Gigafactory

Posted Dec 24, 2016
Pros: The room, free breakfast, kind personnel, and plenty of parking.
Cons: Clean the heater for dust. Breakfast duration was shorter than most hotels I've stayed in. Cleaning personnel entered my room w/o permission.
Location: Very close to the Gigafactory than most other hotels, great for Tesla employees.
I enjoyed very much since free breakfast is served and water is availbale in the lobby. Very kind personnel and professional. Very clean room and highly presentable.

Fairfield Reno

Posted Dec 22, 2016
Pros: The staff was very friendly, the closeness of the hotel to I-80 and located strategically between Sparks and Reno.
Location: There was a great mall close by, food and gas were close. Relatively close to the airport, easy to get to on 580 and 80.
We had a great time. The check - in went without a hitch, the stay was wonderful, the room was comfortable and clean every day of our eight day stay. The staff was very friendly, easy to talk to and very accommodating.

Convenient.clean, friendly staff

Posted Nov 30, 2016
Pros: It was clean, well maintained, great staff. Convenient.
Location: It's near the freeway, so you can get to any part of the cities of Sparks and Reno in just a few minutes. Quick drive to the airport and downtown .
The Price was competitive, and the location was convenient. The room was nice, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was excellent, with the staff checking to see if we liked it. The only down side was that the building is next to the freeway, so there was some car noise. When I asked to be moved to a room on the front side of the building, they willingly did so. I would stay there again,as long as I could get a room on the front side of the building.

Pros: Good location.
Nice stay. Clean room, friendly staff. Liked the cookies at the desk on checkin. Ask for a room facing away from the freeway--much quieter.

Pros: Breakfast in the morning.
Cons: Window curtains didn't close.
Location: Peppermill, Marina
What I expected for the price. A little in the outskirt of Sparx but still within 10-15 minutes away downtown. Room was clean but window night curtains didn't close all the way.

Overpriced, noisy.

Posted Jul 14, 2016
Pros: Woman taking care of the breakfast room was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Soundproofing!
Location: Right off the freeway to the east of Reno. Easy access to freeway, but can be noisy until traffic settles down for the night.
I decided to stay here even though it was a LOT more expensive than the casinos because I thought it would be more quiet. It wasn't. I asked for a room away from noisy ice machines and doors and ended up on the 1st floor next to the exit door that slammed every time it was used. 5 a.m....slam! slam! slam! ... for 45 minutes as someone went in and out of the door. Thin walls so sound came in from the hallway. Noisy refrigerator. They take your credit card for supposed "amenities" so a $20 charge shows on your credit card until they decide you didn't steal a lamp I guess and then it takes time for it to be removed from your credit card company records.
