The hotel was fairly close to the convention center. The dining options were good. Don’t plan on shopping, there are basically no shops. Pool area was clean and nice, good option after a long day. We went downtown to the river walk, which is close by car. It’s definitely a good way to sing an evening. (You will definitely want a car in Reno.)

It was a very nice property. Gave us many options as a large group to gather for entertainment or meals. Room pricing was good but plan to spend $$$$$ on food and drinks. We got a small Jamba and it was $18. Nothing special either.

We came there for 1 night, and that was more then enough for us. Not one to leave a bad review but had to. We got there the staff was nice, we came monday(not a lot of people) The front desk was super nice, got checked in quick. We got to our room, and it was just dirty I mean hair on the floor( pubic hair) weird nasty looking splashes of something on the dresser(who knows what it was). The bathroom was dirty, dirty towels, shower was gross,bed had hair on it. We went to the front desk, and once again the staff was super nice, and understanding, apologized and gave us another room. We thought this other room would be cleaner, but sadly to our surprise it was worse in some areas. As soon as we walked in the floors were so dirty, I mean literally stepping on crumbs and dirt. The shower was so bad( we literally cleaned it up with clorox wipes). We didnt bother asking for another room because we came for one night to celebrate our anniversary. We didnt want to waste time moving around. We just cleaned up what we could, and pretty much used the floor towels to walk around. The next day we decided to go to the pool. The guests had to get there own chair pillows out on the chairs. The pool was dirty wasnt cleaned at all(pool opens at 11) there was time to get it cleaned it wasnt pleasant swimming in the pool. The jacuzzi was nice and clean.

It’s a perfect casino that meets all your needs! Not in any down town area so don’t think you can bar hop and stay there. Super clean, smells great!

My husband and I enjoyed so many of the different activities offered at the GSR. Customer service was great from everyone and love our experiences there. Food was great wherever went as well.

It was a great stay the hotel literally has its own workd. At the lower lever where the pool is at there is a Johnny Rocket, a FAT TUESDAY, arcade, bowling alley, Escape room! It is amazing. They have other restaurants to eat as well as Starbucks, bakery, night club and bars. The only bad thing I would say is that the carpet were so worn out and lifting up on the room floors that when I rolled my suitcase it got stuck. But besides that the rooms and view were beautiful and so worth the money!

This is my second time staying here and it was as great as the first. I love the different activities my kids could to do all there on the property like the bowling alley, the pool and the arcade area. The housekeeping was great and the staff was attentive. Definitely my go to place highly recommended

Not like- 1= slow check in, 15-20 people in line and only 3 check-in people. 2= Bottle of water in room was half drank 3= toilet bowl won’t fill up so ran till we played with handle to make it stop. 4= was 6 floors above the hot tub’s, played loud music way after 10 pm.
