Kitchen staff

Kitchen staff was very rude. One of the kitchen staff was very loud and rude.

Pros: was CLEAN
Cons: can't think of a thing .
we enjoyed the stay and will stay again and will recomend to family and friends.

Cons: I should have been notified of this Carpets are old, stained and dated. Fitness center is under repair for over a month Swimming pool under repair

I stayed one night. Move to a different hotel because the workout facilities were out of order.

If there is anything we can do for you at this point please contact the hotel and ask for the Front office manager. We hope you consider staying with us again when you are in Reno we will do whatever it takes to make sure our guest are satisfied .

Problem solving staff

After a long day of travel and errands, in and out of the car with a four year old, looking forward to the pool. And of course, bribing the child with the pool all day to be good and patient, and he was. The pool was closed for maintenance..:( The wonderful staff solved the problem by putting us in a suite with a whirlpool tub and a huge soaking tub. No extra charge. The only draw back was the one King bed opposed to two queens. It did have a pull out sofa, and we all know how they are. But sometimes we have to prioritize our needs. The room was great, staff was helpful. Happy.

Nice hotel, staff was excellent

Pros: It has a nice scent as you walk the halls. Beautifully decorated. I would book there again.
It was perfect for us to just relax. We did not have to go out to get something to eat!
