Was nicer than we expected! Close to downtown Reno

Was very comfortable and way more quiet than the casinos, but was also within walking distance to all the activity! We will definately stay here again!

Old and outdated

Pros: Nice that it had two rooms and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Includes a small kitchen. The air worked well.
Cons: A new couch and a thorough cleaning of the entire place!
Location: Good that you can go out and walk down to the river and we took the kids to circus circus which was fun.
Our first impression of this place was that it was old and dirty. There are not many parking spaces for minivans or SUVs because they don't fit in the underground parking. The hallways are open to outside. The room had a dirty looking couch and carpet and stained curtains. Dried puke in one of the stairwells. The 'clean' extra blanket I took from the closet had some crusty stuff on it. Ok place to spend the night while passing through town, but there's no way I'd spend a vacation here!

Very disappointed

When I arrived it took an hour for the room to be ready, Evan after requesting an early check in. The a/c was extremely loud. I had a neighbor who had their tv as loud as it would go at 3am. After many complaints they assigned me a new room at 3am. So I had to move all of my luggage and belongings at 3am. They don't have enough ice makers. Ice was difficult to come by. Limited parking.

Motel, not hotel.

Arrived at 4pm and my room wasn't ready. Waited an hour at the lobby just to check in. Big lines, of course, as other guests were also waiting for the rooms to be cleaned at 5pm! It's just an old stinky motel. Loud, thin cheap wall so you can hear everything outside. Some stuff started to chat in the hallway around 8am and I had to get up. They don't care if guests are still sleeping or not.

A lot of room but bad smell

Pros: Roominess with 2 queens and pull out couch. Had 2 bathrooms.
Cons: Small, and quality of air conditioners. Limited parking with low ceiling for indoor parking.
Location: Walk right out the door and your downtown. Walked down to the river which was a block away. Great location.
It appears there was a dog or dogs in the room prior and it smelled pretty bad for the first night. Air conditioners were very week. Had to put them to 65 to get decent flow then was way too cold in the morning.

Never again

Unfriendly staff, we stayed 2 nights and when requested to have our room cleaned we were told NO! There was hair in the coffee pot, our room was room temperature the whole time because the A/C didn't work properly, carpet on one side of the bed was sticky, fan in bathroom didn't work but dripped water on to the toilet, had to go get our own clean towels when requested because staff barely answered the phone, most of the time they rolled over to Florida office and when they did they would say they were too busy to bring items up. Second day when towels were requested wash clothes given were stained they smelled clean but looked dirty, Asked for extra pillow was told no because they were over booked. Asked for different room was told no because they were over booked but refused to issue refund so i could take my family elsewhere.

Made a reservation for 1 bedroom suite w/2queen beds 2 months early to attend a wedding, through Expedia and it was on sale. Then 4 days before going to Reno I check the reviews. It made me doubted to stay and I wanna backout so tried to cancel it but unfortunately there is a 72hrs cancellation policy that I didnt know. Anyways, I stick with it and stayed. I didn't have much problem, we have 2 separate small bathroom but it could have been better if the bath tub & shower head are newer coz the tub has a yellow stain. Also the oven was really old and not safe for kids/toddlers coz they can just press it. It is nice to know it is by Downtown Reno, but where the building is located was not amusing & a lot of crazy people outside Court St. They have stairs behind the building that anyone can just come in. One evening in our floor outside we smell someone is smoking weed. This property needs a loooooot of work, especially their elevator so old. Will I recommend it? NO. If staying overnight? Probably. Will I go back? NO, thank you.
