Wouldn't recommend to anyonePosted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Not much,
Cons: Everything in west tower, might be helpful for future guests if hotel Provided basic pamphlet or over view of the hotel. Our fist time there, last
Originally booked for two night stay, even though we were charged, i checked out next morning Room was decorated and furnished early 80's, bed was so uncomfortable. TV they had in the room came from same era as furniture. We thought it was really funny how they used cardboard Under one side of TV cabinet, to attempt getting cabinet level, since that practice was unsuccessful, the TV was put on an adjustable stand, legs on right side was fully extended. There were many items in room not maintained very well. So u understand, don't think i'm just complaining, my back ground is general contracting, and having to adjust door locks so they Function properly, is not what i was planning to do while traveling. But it was necessary so doors Were not slammed to be shut.

Nice quiet clean roomPosted Aug 25, 2015
We enjoyed a relaxing night in a clean, quiet and comfortable room. There was a $2 fee we had to pay that wasn't included.

Business meeting using hospitality suitePosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Very clean room, excellent maid service, convenient to our business location.
Cons: Check -in seems to be a laborious process. I observed we were not the only ones at the desk for a very long time.
Location: Between the rail yards and the I80 freeway. Which side you are on determines which noise you get. Not really walking distance to anywhere.
Disappointingly long (very long) wait in the check-in line. Then....the clerk tells me the reserved room (hospitality suite) is not available. Reserved a siute with 2 queen beds. Available with 1 King only. Ok since the couch pulls out and 1 occupant was ok with that. On second evening, tried to charge food and bev to room. Server said computer showed room empty and would not accept the charge. Room very clean and well appointed for a small group business meeting. Desk and back-office seem disorganized. Overall an OK stay if you can accept loud train noise in the wee hours. Stayed in East Tower.

Where's the ice?Posted Aug 24, 2015
I have one small concern. There was no ice available on the 26th floor. I scouted for ice on other floors but came up empty. I have been told that warm liquids are better for circulation anyways. I feel healthier now. The hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly. I was there on business and the parking garage was easy to get in and out of. Quick access to I80. Cheers
