Affordable, Warm with Nice View + quiet !

Pros: Easy to locate. The big sign RAMADA can be seen from any part of the city. Room was warm and clean even though we requested extra comforters
Cons: To add a few complimentary water bottles in each room. For winter season to update rooms with thicker comforters

I did not expect much from our stay. Since we were there for 1 night only. The room was clean with big window. Blankets were not for winter season. Therefore, we requested another few extra (just in case). Luckily the heater in the room worked properly. With ease we were able to warm up the room and stay warm during the night. It is decent place for those who does not expect much out of it and just need a place for staying over night or 2. I was able to find very good deal for booking than any other similar hotel.

BED BUGS and non helpful staff

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Ever. After checking in we took the elevator up to our floor and a fellow patron said to be wary of theft because their rooms had been robbed twice. The room wasn't clean, didn't have coffee, toiletries, or towels so we had to go back downstairs to get all of that from the front desk. We stayed 2 nights and when housekeeping cleaned after the first night they didn't replace toiletries or towels or coffee. We also noticed there was no refrigerator and the front desk told us it's $10 extra per night. The tv was an ancient box tv that made a loud ringing noise when on with lots of static every few minutes. The view from our hotel room was terrible. Looked straight onto a roof and because of the location it made the wind going by unbearable. We weren't able to sleep well because of the wind noise. AND the next morning we found BED BUGS on our stuff and on the beds. Ran to front desk to tell them and they didn't believe us. The front desk and head of housekeeping were very rude and head of housekeeping said she needed to go and see for herself. After showing her pictures and the physical dead ones we smashed she still didn't believe. It wasn't until she lifted a sheet and found a HUGE one that she said "okay, that's definitely a bed bug" before she believed me.

Pros: clean rooms

main restaurant closed whole time we were there.Toilet was broken, but then fixed.Shuttle service not very dependable.We had to pay ten dollars for a taxi to take us back to the hotel because we called the hotel shuttle person to pick us up and nobody would answer the phone.very bad experience.

Older hotel, needs updating, not the greatest neighborhood, people wandering in the parking lot. Rooms very dated, but clean. Staff helpful. I would probably stay somewhere closer to the city square next time

Hotel is older but it could be cleaner elevators filty short on help parking lot dirty maids did good job cleaning rooms linen good blower dryer didn't work asked to have it replaced didn't happen lights were not on when it was dark pulling up to check in gal who picked up at airport was prompt and courteous and helpful

Nice hotel

Maid do not clean toilets well can smell cigarettes smoke all threw the lobby it is terrible

DON'T STAY HERE

Pros: nothing to say about the hotel except I would not recommend it to any person We had to wait in line for about 1hr to get to rooms
Cons: The bathroom was not clean urine around the toilet the was a hair clogged in the bathtub. when my granddaughter went to take a bath the water would not drain out. they called maintains to repair it 7pm, they did come to fix it until 11pm after everyone had gone to bed this room had 3 kids She had to tell them to come back when everyone is gone

DON'T STAY HERE

Pros: NONE THE LOBBY LOOKED NICE THE REST OF HOTEL SMELLED LIKE SMOKE
Cons: THE BEDS IN THE ROOM WERE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE WE ASKED FOR KING AND GOT A DOUBLE = AND THEN THE WALK IS SHOWER HAD A LEAK FACET WHEN WE PICKED IT UP IT FELL BROKE
