Cons: move to another neighborhood
This hotel is in a bad neighborhood. The hotel looked nice on the inside, lobby and rooms. But the neighborhood is one of higher crime.

Very nice I would stay again the only thing was casino lost my money the food was great

Good hotel for the price

Stayed at the Ramada during the Santa crawl 2017. This hotel was 40 dollars cheaper per night then the Sands Regency with the same quality level and no resort fee. There is a 25 dll deposit..fyi.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

If you enjoy staying in a hotel that is a hot bed of police activity, then this is the place for you. Ramada Inn, surrounded by a sketchy neighborhood on all sides, the transient and vagrant population rule here. From beggars on property, to Reno police shaking down criminals in the parking lot, and two of three elevators out of order in a high rise hotel. This place was dirty; out of date, and the casino was something out of I don’t know where. check in staff assures you you’re in a safe place, however the reality is, you are not. I would’ve felt safer and more comfortable sleeping in my pickup truck in a rest area. More comfortable in my truck also, the bed is a piece of foam. Not memory foam, but just foam. If you like run down, outdated, dirty hotels with broken elevators and 30 year old televisions, then this is for you. Anyone looking for comfort, Cleanliness and security, you’re better off booking a big name casino hotel like Harrahs or Eldorado or Sands. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Spent the night. Too many scary people hanging around the casino and outside in the parking lot. Not a good location.

Customer service wasn’t very nice. I went to ask them where do I get water to use the coffee machine and there was a girl on the front desk she was very rude and she told me to get water from the bathroom sink.

Nice for last minute booking

The Hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the bed isn’t comfortable, but is compensate with the quite environment.

The towels from the bathroom had hairs all over. It was so Nasty to see that. We didn't took a shower. Everything else was fine. We love the bed, it was very comfortable. Customer service was excellent.

Front desk lady Smith was friendly nice and welcoming! She gave me the room with the view of Downtown. Lobby smiled like cigarettes and weed but the 1st floor is a casino. And lots of weirdos outside. The room was great large and clean.
