Muy conveniente
Somos una familia de 5 (Matrimonio y tres hijos) El hotel es sumamente conveniente, dos camas matrimoniales y sofá cama adicional en cuarto aparte. Tiene cocina....se puede comer en la habitación lo cual ahorra tiempo y dinero en muchos casos. Esta a 1:15 hs de Squaw Valley algo alejado del centro de Reno pero cercano a los servicios necesarios. (Supermarket, restaurantes, etc) Es nuevo y la gente muy amable. Que lo disfruten....ahhhh tiene pileta cubierta y hot tub....buenísimas..!!

Staff was great! Property is clean and very nice. Continental breakfast was delicious, different options throughout the week. And they have a social gathering in the evenings with wine and snacks. Wished there was an enclosed pet relief area.

I like that you have options on the room sizes. I am a father with 2 small kids that lives out of state. It was easy to have the two bedroom for myself and my ex while I visited. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I will be staying here again in the future when time comes for the next visit.

Sleepless in Reno
We are IHG members. Front desk gal said she couldn’t see on her computer tye member nightly rate for us to book. I had to go online and booked with hotels.com as was less than she quoted us. She didn’t offer us water upon check in. Room was very loud as we backed up to the elevator. Beds not comfortable and tv was put in a weird place so you had to crook your neck to see the tv from the bed. Hair dryer was an old dinosaur of a dryer. List goes on. Hallway people were noisy up until 11 pm and we had to get up super early. Not sure we would stay at this particular IHG hotel next time.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The oatmeal was under-cooked both the days we were there. The hotel staff is not too nice though. You would expect them to be more warm and courteous.

This hotel is right off the freeway. We could hear a little traffic but just kept the AC going and it completely drowned the modest noise out. The indoor was great for my three year old. We checked in around 8:30pm and Jenny was amazing. So kind and friendly. The next morning the breakfast staff gal was amazing. Very sweet to my three year old, talked to her and myself. Our room was great! We will stay here again. A king bed with a pull out side, kitchen with large standup frig, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Reminds me of my first apartment. Super clean, great area out of town, but still close.

Was nicely located, felt safe. Had seen reviews for other inns and the reviews were not good (One had a homeless encampment next to it). This was away from the casinos and just felt good. Service was above excepted.

We liked the layout of the room and bathroom area, the only downside was that sofa bed was broken it was still usable but I notified the front desk and she said that somebody was going to check it out but nothing happened.

This is our favorite hotel in Reno. The accommodations are first-rate, wonderful breakfast, and the staff is always most helpful.
