    A little disappointed

    Keys would not stay magnetized no matter what we did...Over 3 day stay had to get new keys 3 times. The last time we went the key machine was not working so they had to give us the master keys out of some notebook...They service is always great, but I have been staying here for many years and am seeing the property trending downward..Also, the airport shuttle was out for the three days we were there...Made it difficult when family was all arriving at different times.

    Lovely stay!

    We loved the location of our room. It made our stay with a dog very comfortable. Great food in the restaurant. Nice brews in the bar.

    Convenient

    It was very convenient given it is right across the street from the Reno Airport. Especially for early A.M. flights. The hotel provides ample amenities to include a restaurant/lounge area, courtyard swimming pool, and meeting center.
