Very nice stay

Very nice continetal breakfast, very comfortable bed, great price too. We were worried if we could find a parking, no problem at all. We like it

Nice staff, terrible Hotel

I was shocked by the condition of this hotel. It was extreamly run down. Our curtains were torn and there was damage to the walls that had a shotty repair job done, not to mention there was areas were there was water damage. I had a kitchenette with absolutely no utensils. Usually there is the bare minimum to get you by, but this place had nothing, not even a room safe. I have stayed at a Quality Inn before however it was nowhere as bad as this.

The hotel was nice free breakfast was ok but can’t complain about free food. Rooms were clean could of been a little more cleaner about 8/10. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a too big and stiff. All in all a good hotel would come back again in the future.

Cons: needs improvement in quality overall
The door lock was broken, and the door frame was also broken- so not safe top sheet was paper this hotel is needing a lot of work

Not enough lots for parking especially handicap parking

No problems at all and was very helpful giving us shuttle info. Room refrigerator was also clean and a good size. One of the nicest Quality Inns.

one night. nice room. lots of usb ports... everywhere! how much more could you want? more? yikes, well the eggs were ok, the coffee however, well it sucks.

My husband and I went to Reno for thanksgiving day, and the Quality inn hotel was very clean and they offer a good breakfast

not pet freindly

made reservations based on "pet freindly" Web recomendations. Brought animal along based on "web" ads; had to cancel reservations; Expedia had to call hotels and verify; than we were told we have to wait up to seven days before we get our money; had to look for an other hotel that would take pet, late night, bad weather and our funds are tired up, not a good experience.
