Hotel lobby is on an upper floor. A lift is available. Nice breakfast and breakfast attendant. Front desk staff very helpful. Location is good - can walk everywhere. It was fun watching the city center street out the window. Beds very firm. No way to fix that. Very small room.

Difficult to find. Badly advertised, we walked past it twice. Look for a small wall plaque, it will tell you on there how to get to reception as there are no signs in the building. Lack of signage was very annoying. We were given room 2 which is directly behind reception desk. No privacy whatsoever, you can hear receptionist rustling paper with door closed n it’s ‘manned’ 24/7. Not ideally situated. Room, cleanliness, service, location, continental breakfast was all good though.

Great location, walking distance to many sightseeing attractions. You can find many restaurants around and local shops. Only 10 min walk to Trevi fountain, same distance to Colosseum. 5 min walk to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi worked well and was free. Our beds were made daily as were fresh clean towels delivered daily without us asking. I appreciated hskp waiting until we departed each day to make up our room. The small sttention to details made us feel at home. The bus stops directly outside the hotel and metro a few blocks away. Its a walkable area with shops. Mini mart and good eateries. The area is safe. The rooms are dated but the befs comfy. Nice pillows and blankets. Heat and air. I think the downside is the hotel is located on a 3rd fl of residential building with tiny elevator that fits 2 people or 1 person and a bag. So it is not for wheelchair or elderly that have mobility issue. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. All in all a very nice 3 star hotel. Not fancy but just fine.

Great for a walking tour of Rome
Very clean hotel with an amazing breakfast. Great location to walk and see Rome. The front staff was very helpful and convenient to leave luggage while room was getting prepared.

The hotel was very clean! However the bed mattress and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. No washcloths we’re available. There was no community area (at night time) to gather in or to make a phone call. Walls were very thin and noises from surrounding rooms were easily heard. The breakfast was good and the two young ladies servicing breakfast and I saw doing the room cleaning also, were extremely nice and accomadating.

What an amazing experience for us at this Hotel Staff are amazing. Our concierge was very nice and he would go out of his way to help. And he would makes sure everything is to our expectation and more Hotel location is excellent, and walking distance to all attractions There is no shortage of venders and restaurants around this hotel If you are used to North American elevator, this hotel does not have that and elevator is one person and old but that is given as hotel was built Kate 1700 as we were told We sure will go back to this hotel, we are very pleased with our stay

Great hotel for the price
Hotel staff were great and always helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean, it was unfortunate that we had the room next to the breakfast area as the coffee machine is quite loud at 6am. The hotel could be a little better signposted outside as we struggled to find it on our first day. Other than that the hotel is very nice inside and has great staff.

Getaway molto bueno
Great and spacious room with mini bar and big comfy bed. Clean and lovely breakfast buffet. Staff very kind and helpful. Area has all within walking distance. Great wifi. Generous staff upon check out. Grazie Roberto and all staff. I hope I can return next March.

The hotel is fairly basic and the décor is somewhat tired and dated. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it is very clean, and its in a good location, within easy walking distance of all the main sites and close to good neighbourhood restaurants.

We were put in a room directly behind the check in counter. It was loud anytime someone walked in the door or rang the doorbell after hours. If they give you any rooms near the desk, refuse.

It's a nice hotel, good location. The staff were really helpful, even when i asked for an umbrella, one of them lent me his own. The room was comfortable, not so big but really gd for 2 people. It was very clean and the breakfast even if not so rich was delicious. The only down side is that u have to climb the stairs 2 floors at night then add another one to get to ur room because they stop the elevator ( an old old one btw). Except this, it was lovely.

A Diamond in the Rough
This was the perfect hotel for my husband and I’s unexpected 1 night stay in Rome. Although the wallpaper is peeling, the plaster slightly cracked and the decor dated; the room was large and comfortable. More importantly the service of the staff was impeccable. He was welcoming and friendly and accompanied us to our room to make sure everything was clean and in order. Once we got cleaned up and ready to explore the city he also took the time to show us on a map the best places to see and the best routes to walk. The hotel location is perfect right in the heart of the city. Our rate was less than half of most of the other hotels in the area so the value was incredible. We will definitely be booking our stay here again the next time we return to Rome!

Location was very nice. Easy to get to most major attractions. Hotel was OK at best. It was 95 degrees and we had No Hot Water for 2 1/2 days so we couldn't shower. Compensation for that piece was a joke. Breakfast area was below average. Pictures look much better then it is. It was pretty cheap so what can you expect. The staff was very nice though!

We had no hot water for 3 days because of hotel issues and they didn't give us any solution. Kindly they didn't makes us pay the city tax but we believe its not enough. They said we should talk to expedia.

Hotel had active construction during the stay, a construction guy was walking half a meter away from my window, noice, dust, construction workers passing by. No hot water, aweful breakfast that they made me pay for, no power outlets, old furniture. Not even 1 star hotel.

I would like to highlight a few inaccuracies in your review: 1) You had to pay breakfast because it was not included in your room rate; you cannot blame on us if you have selected a "room only" rate; 2) If you write "no hot water" it seems we don't have hot water at all; when you arrived we were replacing our hot water boiler and the problem was promptly solved. We spent a week in Rome and caught buses outside the hotel, or walked to the major sights. We would return. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
