St Regis Grand Hotel is simply the best hotel in Rome. ALL the staff has been phenomenal ( especially Anna from front desk and the restaurant managers and staff) They have gone above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and luxurious experience in their hotel. Five stars all the way from checking in and on the day we checked out.

The property does not have a pool. Very poor gym and spa facilities. The AC does not work.

This hotel is spectacular and the staff were so kind and helpful. We had to stay in Rome an extra five days to deal with an unfortunate situation and we felt so comforted and well looked after by everyone.

We LOVED this hotel. Everybody was absolutely incredible. We got an upgrade to a suite. And we couldn't have been happier. What a treat. Amazing night for the 31st December. Fabulous entertainment. We will come back!

The best ever- for people who are looking for the
Splendid hotel! Outstanding! The room was one of the best i ever been. And I only go to the best hotels in the world! Every thing was more then expected. I was upgrade for juniorsuit- amazing. For sure I will be coming again. It is a little far from where I’m regular ( fendi hotel) but it’s so much better!!!

The property was fantastic. Classic opulence but also a very cool, hip vibe in the lobby area and lumens restaurant. The room was stunning. Very fresh and new. We even got an upgrade to an even more spacious room. Thank you! The truffle Alfredo at the restaurant is amazing. On Thursday’s there’s music and an awesome cocktail hour at the lobby restaurant. The airline lost my luggage and then delivered the wrong luggage. The concierge staff helped to arrange the delivery of my bags and brought them right to me once things were straightened out. 2 I cannot say enough about the concierge and management staff. They were so helpful and accommodating during a very difficult time. I am so grateful for all of them, but in particular Michele who went above and beyond to help. There are no words that properly describe the impact he had on our stay in Rome; and there’s no other hotel I would ever stay in after experiencing the support that the St Regis staff provided. Thanks to each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart!

The rooms are great. The service all-around is spotty and inconsistent. It’s trying to become a hotel of stature but it does not live up to being 5 stars from a service point of view. Could use some soul.

Top luxury St. Regis Rome
The magnificent luxurious Rome St. Regis hotel was fully renovated recently. St. Regis Rome is in excellent location it close to most landmarks of the ancient city. Arrival was welcomed from the doorman & check in/check out was quick and smooth. We received free upgrade with our room and it was beautifully decorated & appointed. It will be perfect if this hotel has its onsite fine dining restaurant. BTW, our room has nice view, we really enjoyed two days short stay and we will definitely come back in the next visit.

Everything you would expect from The St Regis. Staff was on point. The amenities were top notch. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect to go back to when tired from site seeing. The location was not bad as some would say. Some good walking to the sites but who doesn’t walk in Rome?
