When I arrived, I was told the my Orbitz reservation was NOT paid, and required to pay prior to check-in. At this point, I have been charged TWICE for the room, and am working with Orbitz to correct the error.
Aside from that, the hotel was less than impressive. The AC unit was slightly broken, and had to be turned to Low Heat to have the AC actually work, and it was extremely sticky to the touch, which is not at all comforting. The carpet had a mystery stain, which I could have done without. When I arrived in the room there was no remote, and I had to be given 2 remotes before one would work, and was told that was my last option. If they didn't work, I would be without a remote until the next day. Also, there were cobwebs in the shower that were only noticeable when the steam collected while I took a shower. Ultimately, I ended up leaving after one night of my stay due to the condition of the room. I would strongly advise staying at the Extended Stay in Reston, VA
