Bushra was extremely helpful and personable, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She was attentive to the needs of our family throughout the stay and was even available in off our hours when we had trouble figuring out our check-in and parking pass.

I was very confused because the building is actually called Signature, no mention of this was made in my reservation documents. Absolutely beautiful property and well located. However the front desk personnel were very rude and not helpful. I understand this is not a hotel, but a residential building. They should be trained to have more information on the Global Luxury Suites and how it works.

The area was beautiful and a great place. We are very disappointed in the apartment we rented. When we arrived at the apartment the door was wide open and the apartment room were dirty, the bathrooms were not cleaned. we had to go to the store and buy cleaning products to clean the place up as well as do laundry so we had clean sheets and comforters to sleep with. the response from the management company was very poor and I still have not received a phone call back.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment!
The apartment was great size and in a beautiful location. Very convenient. Bursha, the front desk person was very helpful during check in and check out. The only thing I would say to improve is maybe maintenance should go in after every stay and make sure all the towel holders are stable, showers drain properly and everything is in good working conditions. But I do have to say that the management group did address all these issues quickly! I would definitely stay here again when we go back to Reston.
