Good location, close to lots of eating places. Dog friendly. Love this hotel!

Good Place to Stay if the Price is Right

Pros: Check-in and Check-out was nice and easy, front desk staff was support nice.
Cons: Power outlets on both sides of the bed. Fix the pealing wallpaper, room service hours, cleaning service to change the sheets.
Location: Reston Town center is a great place to spend the day and its a nice walk away or a quick taxi/Uber drive away. (about a $5.00 Uber)
Front desk staff is super nice... but it ends there. On our way back out from the day the cleaning staff was just getting started on our room. We had no issues with them starting to service the room late in the day as we were just dropping stuff off and heading backout. The cleaning staff asked if we would want the bed changed, and we said yes. When we returned later that night the comforter was off and still dirty. The sheets were not tucked in that great. The next day we headed to the included breakfast buffet, but they were doing some renovations so the buffet was not available. We were offered to place an order from the menu and our vouchers would cover cost... expect if you want bacon and Sausage. I was charged $5.00 USD for the combo of both meats. Also the coffee cream was bad and it was a task to have a replacement. When they did bring us a replacement it was in a cup and when you pored it the cream spill everywhere. Besides some small services issues and the wallpaper pealing off the walls a little bit, the hotel was overall an average experience. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to stay here, but if the price is right its a good deal.

Awesome Hotel

Pros: The Host was great and helpful
Cons: everything was great.
Location: Stores and eat places close by.
This is a great place to stay and you will love it

Hotel staff were accommodating even though I checked in 5 hours early.

Staff and room cleanliness were excellent. The only negatives are one room key didn’t work in the elevator and the chain for the blind in the room was stuck and inoperable.

Relaxing

Cozy and intimate bar/ lounge. Gym and pool are is excellent. Room was clean bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. Two thumbs up

Great hotel close to my office.

Pros: Very clean and very close to my meeting location
Cons: No suggestions -- met my needs.
Location: Work was right next-door.
Pleasant experience that met my needs, close to my office and transportation. Will return on future trips.
