“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." “Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Lange nicht mehr so gut in Österreich gegessen. Beim Frühstück war auch alles da, was man zum Frühstück benötigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder”

“Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Was uns gestört hat, war der Zigarettengeruch im Eingangsbereich/Flur obwohl mehrfach zu lesen war, dass es ein rauchfreies Hotel sein soll. Ebenfalls sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass wir abends in die Sauna gehen können. Als wir vor der Eingangstüre zum Saunabereich standen mussten wir leider feststellen, dass man sich für die Benutzung in eine Liste eintragen musste. Diese war natürlich schon komplett voll.……

“The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! ”
