Fully equipped in good location

Posted Sep 11, 2017
Pros: That it had everything we could've need and the location
Cons: Adding nice toiletries. More...
Location: Close to visitor centre, exit to Nakusp, and the Dam as well, not far from attractions like the enchanted forest and easy access from the highway
This hotel is in an ideal spot in Revelstoke if you're just making a stop or Exploring the area! Close to restaurants, gas stations and visitor centre. The room was fully equipped for any sort of task you needed to do, yes. Even ironing... though toiletries were not a forte, but we had our own, so not a big deal!

Disappointing

Posted Sep 4, 2017
This was the first time I have used Expedia to book hotel room, our first night was in Revelstoke as we were traveling to Saskatoon. We stayed at the Days Inn and our room was right next to laundry room and ice machine and the train tracks were right behind our room and could hear the trains all night long. The hotel could use a good cleaning, the hallways looked like they vacuum down the center but never along the sides by the walls. Hotel was way overpriced. Hotel lobby was neat and tidy and front desk staff were friendly.

Was nic

Posted Aug 30, 2017
Hotel was nice. Did the trick for what I needed. Was on a bike trip. The staff were excellent and helped me with directions to food and drink. I would stay here again.

cleaning could be a lot better

Posted Aug 29, 2017
Pros: easy to find
Cons: bathroom and hot tub
Cleaning of the rooms. our bathroom had hair on the counter, a dead bug - all stuff that shows they don't clean the counters very well at all. hot tub was a HUGE disappointment. We don't have a hot tub at home so, when booking a hotel stay, i only chose places that have a hot tub. the tepid, warm water was very disappointing, cleanliness of the area was minimal. really disappointed with it. my bath tub time was more impressive.

Not worth the price.

Posted Aug 26, 2017
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Maintaining facilities like the pool. Conceal the beams that run through the rooms. Install better soundproofing to keep out train noises.
Stayed here for one night. Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. We got a room on the ground floor on the northwest side of the complex. Staying on the first floor next to the street did not feel safe. There are also train tracks across the street, so when long freight trains passed during the night, it woke some of us up. Our stay was during the summer (in early August), but the pool had a sign saying that it was closed for the season and would open in the winter which was odd. Overall, not worth the price.
