Nice hotel close to the highway

Was looking for a place to stay close to the highway on our way through town & this place fit our needs perfectly. Hotel staff was friendly & even upgraded our room.

Great staff, room was clean and modern, bed was super comfy, very quiet (couldn't hear traffic or the train AT ALL) and breakfast right downstairs! Super happy with our stay!

I was very happy with my stay at the revelstoke sandman. My only critique would be that i was unable to charge my meal to my room due to my booking through expedia, even though i had authorized my card and had been encouraged by staff to charge to my room. Also a bottle opener in room would be nice. Last little thing was the old analog tv service could use upgrading. That being said the price was right, staff were great and amenities elsewise were good

Staff were nice. Facility was not

The first room we got had a cat urine smell. I had our room switched the second one was better. However, I noticed the fridge was not cold. I found that it was turned off. When I turned it back on the thing started to make a constant noise. Not loud enough to keep you up all night but just barely. As well, this facility doesn’t have elevators. We had to drag our luggage up and down stairs. On the plus side, the staff were very nice.

Great little hotel, fit our one night stay on our trip between Vancouver and Calgary perfectly. Nice clean room, quiet. Hotel staff was nice and gave us a call to make sure everything was okay. Big bonus to have amenities within walking distance like liquor store, Denny's, Timmies and gas stations. Would stay again!

Nice comfortable hotel

The room was nice and clean. We just stayed one night and it was great. Free wifi and lots of parking close to rooms.

Hotel nightmare

Pros: Staff
Cons: Re-inforcing quiet for guests. Shampoo rugs.
Hotel was absolutely filthy. Noisey hotel. People banging on stairs outside our door. Floors/carpet was so filthy-- couldn't tell what color it was supposed to be.
