“Wonderful”

“The room that I stayed in. It smells musty, when I came in, I noticed that they had a bag that would absorb moisture. So they knew of the problem. There was a sign that said that breakfast was served from six o'clock until nine thirty.I went to go and make myself a waffle about a quarter to 9 and and couldn't get any batter coming out. I asked the gentleman and he said that quit putting food out at 830 which I felt was pretty sad. Although he did get me enough batter to make myself a Waffle.……

“Just gross. So dirty...looks like bedding had not been changed in weeks.”

“The property was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did t give 5 stars because there is no elevator so carrying luggage upstairs is tricky. Also, there were a few areas that needed repairs but they were minimal.”

“I booked online at , what I believed was the website. After a couple days I had still not received any confirmation so was growing concerned. When I called the only number available I reached headquarters, not a local number for the local facility. I explained the situation and my concerns. Reluctantly, he confirmed I had a reservation but could not give any additional information because, he said, I had booked through a third party. I had gone through their web page. He was reluctant to chat……

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, great location. We loved the fresh baked cookies in the evenings. There is a nice kitchenette with full size fridge, 2 burner stove, sink, and microwave. Unfortunately, they do not provide cookware, dishes, glassware, or flatware. That was disappointing since we planned on cooking breakfast there. We ended up with microwaved breakfast biscuits.”

“We have stayed here a few times when we are in Watertown for sports and visiting family. We have always had clean rooms and the front desk staff is helpful. The breakfast is decent as far as places like this goes.”

“We tried to check in. Repeated use of the "intercom" eventually brought a kid to the desk. And he promptly disappeared without a word. He finally came back and said the manager was at "Lewis." I told him I didn't know what that meant. When would he be back? He didn't know. The manager finally showed up and had problems finding our reservation in the system. "Oh, here it is. You check out tomorrow morning." No. I reserved two nights. The rooms were mostly find for a Super 8. The……
