Not much around very expensive check in was a nightmare wanted my pin to my debit card. Need to place transactional amenities where you check in after hours instead of expecting people to hand over their pin number from their bank account.

The hotel was going through a renovation. Overall, the hotel room was ok. The shower floor and the bottom of the shower needs to be redone. No, remote for the first tv in the room. The morning breakfast was great.

Bed was clean, AC was cold, tub was yuck. At least you can wash your feet there

We needed a quick room overnight for a road trip. The hotel looked run down. It wasn't dirty - but it wasn't clean either. Walls dirty, scuffed up, didn't look clean and new. In general, it didn't feel warm and welcoming. You can tell the whole building is run down. Staff was fine - not overly friendly, looked unprofessional, no one was at the front desk when we checked in - moved slowly. Elevator was dirty - hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Hallways were dark. doors were open and left ajar. I didn't feel safe or clean. The comforter on the bed was stained. I didn't want to sleep under the covers at all. The room was really dingy. I will definitely not plan a return stay at this hotel and I'll certainly think twice before booking another comfort inn property.

Checkin staff member was excellent, very friendly. The property is a little worn, but clean and safe. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Breakfast was good.
