Thanksgiving week stayPosted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was fairly good every morning. The pool was nice for the kids. Work out room was fine, equipment was pretty good.
Cons: Add Splenda to the assortment of sweeteners.
Location: The location is near BYU Idaho where our child is currently attending school. The Rexburg LDS temple can be seen from the east windows of the hotel.
We stayed over Thanksgiving. Everything was very nice. The floor and ceiling between floors might not be very insulated for noise. Our ten year old was a bit active after a long car ride and he made too much noise. In turn we heard plenty of noise above our room too. We did deserve a call from the front desk initiated by a sensitive guest below us. I liked the way the bathrooms, shower, and walk in closet were arranged especially for a group of five in one room. It made changing clothes more private.

Very nice hotel.Posted Oct 13, 2015
Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet! Nice pool and hot tub. Super facilities.
Cons: The curtains didn't cover the top of the window, letting in lots of outside light all through the night -- couldn't get the room dark.
Location: Very close to everything in Rexburg.
Very comfortable room & beds. Nice extra area in the room with a hide-away couch and desk area.. A little non-standard layout to the room, with the toilet separated from the shower/tub, and both only separated from the main room by sliding, frosted-glass doors. The light from the two bath rooms bothered those sleeping.

A slight inconveniencePosted Sep 14, 2015
We arrived late and were a little dismayed to find the sliding door to the toilet room had come off the railing and it was almost impossible to close the door. We reported this in the morning. They were unable to fix it so finally got us in another room. The cleaning staff should have reported this earlier.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Large, suite rooms. Separate bathrooms. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Small indoor pool and gym. Would definitely stay here again.
