This is the newly remodeled lower full floor of this house in Sugar City. Come enjoy the country during BYU events or many other activities listed below. We are 4 minutes away from Wal-mart and 9 minutes from downtown, as well as BYU- Idaho. Come visit the waterpark and/or museums. Other points of interest:
- Yellowstone National Park (only 1 hour and 30 minutes away!)
- St. Anthony Sand Dunes.
- A fishing and hunting paradise with over 150 lakes and almost 1000 rivers and streams!

You will have entire use of lower level of this house with a full kitchen, laundry room, Flat screen TV, Apple TV, and the garage with remote door opener

Entire lower level and garage with opener. The back yard (landscaping yet to be finished) and sides as we develop the landscape. And driveway.

We would love to have an opportunity to meet you if you are interested in having us visit you.

The downstairs is not a fully sunken basement but only down 3 steps from the garage which means it is very full of natural daylight still as the windows are above ground level. It also is very cool in the summer as it is half buried. We hope you find it very pleasant.

Perfect spot for a group of friends!
Check in, checkout, and everything else was so easy. The size was perfect, and they had everything we need in kitchen supplies, bathroom, and sleeping stuff. We had friends come up so we could take their engagement photos in Jackson, WY, and it was a great place to stay because it was close enough to Jackson that it wasn't a terrible drive, and a lot cheaper than if we were to stay in Jackson. Property manager was easy to work with and very communicative. I would stay here again.

I give this property one star because it says it has air conditioning and it does not. We specifically limited ourselves to properties with air conditioning as we knew how hot it would be in August and that we would not be happy without it. We drove by the house when we first arrived as there were 2 cars in the driveway and kids toys in the yard. The yard is also overgrown with weeds, which is different than the picture of the from of the house. The listing also states you will have use of the garage. This does not mean you will park your car in the garage but that you can put some stuff in it to store for the length of your trip. The people who live there need to use the driveway in front of the garage to park their cars. Inaccuracies in the listing aside, I would give the place 2 stars. Most of the furniture appears to be "second hand" There is a nice TV although the internet made it hard to watch a movie all the way through. The thermostat for the whole house is upstairs which means contacting the property manager if you are uncomfortable. There is a nice large fridge and kitchen which was nice to have. As mentioned by another reviewer, the walls are thin. Although the family upstairs was not loud, we did still hear them. Overall, this would make a good place to crash for the night as long as you are not too sensitive to noises.

Although the rental had kitchen living room and 2 bedrooms, the family living above basement made rental unsuitable and we left. We didn’t feel safe.

Sugar City Rental
The accommodations were nice and clean with a need for some light repairs. The rental is a basement apartment with tenants in the upstairs. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were interrupted by the upstairs tenants into the early morning hours. I would not recommend this location if you intend to sleep well.

We stayed for 5 days while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. This is a very nice clean place. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place..
