I stayed at this property in early Dec 2022. The hotel has the ideal location, close to everything downtown. The front staff were always pleasant and helpful (shout out to Farooq who I interacted with the most). The room was clean on check in and cleaned daily. The breakfast was adequate. They have shampoo but no conditioner or moisturizer, so plan to bring your own. I requested a room on the higher floors due to the noise, though it didn’t help much. However, keep in mind this is downtown and a very central location, so to be expected. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very good in general, friendly staff, helpful; location is great the only thing that can be improved is the breakfast variety, as I had the same for 6 days :( this is the only thing that made me questioned if having a breakfast included is the best option.

That the hotel is not as nice as one expects, I don't care, it's the comfort of the room. I stayed in a room for one person and the bed was big and comfortable, but I couldn't get out on either side, it was uncomfortable. The rest everything was fine because it is very well located. The people at the reception very friendly.

Hotel location is excellent and our stay was very pleasant. All front desk staff (Miro, Miryana, Hui, Farookh, ...) were very friendly and provided good honest travel advice. Hotel room was very comfortable and close to shops and transportation. Breakfast had good variety.
