I received detailed e-mails before my stay about how to get in, where to park and other travel information. The apartment was small, but neat and had everything we needed, It was also very conveniently located and easy to walk downtown Reykjavik
Perfect location Close to shops and restaurants. Our package included breakfast. Delicious
Friendly staff, central location and a comfortable room!
The hotel is very good, it has interesting decor that is fun. The staff are very welcoming. The Slippbarrin bar and restaurant is one of the few bars you actually want to spend time in. If you get a top floor room the views across the bay and out sea are fantastic.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city so it is easy to shop and find the restaurant around to eat. The bus stop for the tours is also 1 minute away from the hotel which was very helpful when you are new to the city.
Friendly reception staff, knowledge of where to go and what to do was very good
Great location and amenities! The breakfast buffet was amazing!
Loved the artwork and the decor of the hotel. Room was rather small.

This was a once of a life time trip for me.... and Hotel Borg will always ...
