Pros: We found it peaceful, staff when we had a problem acted quckly everything we needed for our stay was provided.
Cons: Hard to locate in the dark because the apartment isnt in the main block, laundry sign is hard to see.
Location: Ideally located supermarkets shopping and all attractions within walking distance.
We had a pleasant comfortable stay far enough out of town to have a quite night but near enough to walk into the town and all its attractions. All coach trip pick ups right near the apartments. Only problem we had was the heat in the apartment but we just opened the door or windows. All the trips we booked were excellent. Pity the weather was the mildest its been in Febuary for one hundred years as we didnt get to see the northern lights but you cannt have everything.

Paid for somewhere to sleep, could hear when people in next flat and flat above moved so no sleep. Light bulbs not working, toaster blew electrics, couldn't access wifi, no oven, no hair dryer. Advertised light cleaning, no evidence of any cleaning during stay.

Great location, lots to do in Reykjavik. Having a kitchen and a grocery store a block away was helpful as restaurants are expensive in Iceland. Parking is easy on nearby streets. We parked a couple of streets away in the cheaper zone P3.

Great overall experience. Staff was friendly. We arrived early for check in and the room was ready. Staff drove us to the apartment, which was spacious, clean and welcoming. It's in a great location in downtown Reykjavik.

Pros: Clean adequate rooms
Cons: The hotel is a victim to some noise from the downtown
Everything was close by - food, actions & attractions all within walkable distance. Pick up from tour companies was pretty much by the door.

It was in a great location, and street parking was not a problem. The one big complaint is when the people upstairs walked, you could hear every step. Which in the middle of the night was rather annoying and woke us up.

Good Location

Pros: Nice break from a traditional hotel.
Cons: Better info about the actual location for those arriving later in the day.
Location: A lot to do a short walk away and easy access to the main roads in and out of town
Non traditional hotel. Apartment with kitchen. Comfortable. Good location, but only street parking. Hard to find if you come in after hours as we did. Building is behind houses that front on the street. Once you find it, it nice. Short walk to a couple of streets with a lot of shops and restaurants. Not too far of a walk from the city center of Reykjavik either.
