Our room was located next to the Ice Machine which was extremely loud. And there was a used condom wrapper in our room. Don’t know if you can do worse than that. Go elsewhere

Walked in and the lobby smelled like cigarettes and marjiuana. Went into our room where it smelled even worse. There were holes in our sheets and a roach in the bathroom. People loud on their founds at 11pm in the halls. When I complained to the front they just said “okay”. Checked out then and left. Do not stay here.

It was one of the worst hotel I stayed in. We got in around 9:30 to check in from a long day of driving. Fire alarm went off on and it was a mess from that point of time.

I will never stay here again. The police were in the parking lot and there were people just sitting outside and wandering around at midnight when I got there. They have a security guard and Cheng, the man at the desk, was amazing! I have nothing bad to say about my room or the hotel. I listened to people slamming doors and banging from the room above me. I didn’t complain, so that is on me.

It was a place to stay for the night. Attitudes were not favorable but not impolite, place was clean but you were not quite sure you wanted to put your bare feet on the floor. I can't judge individuals but corporate attitude was about themselves and not about customers.

Horrible experience!!!
Service was great. The guy who checked is in was polite and helpful. But our first room had 3 roaches crawling as soon as we walked in the door. So he gave us another room and that room was okay. No bugs but we still felt uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep. I'm not sure how long this hotel been open since the huge fire they had but they need to close it again and start over.
