No Housekeeping services during my FOUR-day visit.

Stayed Sunday through Thursday. No Housekeeping Services performed during those 4 days in my room. I had to find a housekeeper in order to swap out soiled wash cloth & towels. Thankfully, I had my own personal bottle of body wash. I left all accumulated trash for them to take out after my stay. The website advertised a fitness room; however, there was none at that particular location.

Something to do with plumbing kept me up most of the night. Every couple of minutes it sounded like water like water flowing in the wall loudly for about 12 seconds. All night. Extremely irritating.

Hotel close to our relatives.

Pros: Staff were very, very helpful.
Cons: There has to be a way for the hotel staff to legally solve the problem of a barking howling dog when the owners have gone out......
Location: We attended a fantastic wedding. The ceremony was held outside under two large tents. The meals were terrific. About 300 people attended.
Dog barked and howled next door for about two hours; Security guard could do nothing about that because the dog owners were not in their room. Eventually, the owner couple arrived and apologized. Apparently no one has the authority to enter the room and quiet the dog.. Everything else was GREAT !

Very friendly staff but outdated and smelly hotel

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff, easy and quick check in .
We stayed for one night, our room was very smelly and even a/c and opened window didn't help.

Parking was very bad. Limited channels to choose from. Problems with billing causing double billing.

Well located and confortable hôtel. Nice outside pool and breakfast included. It's worth it.

Got less than what I paid for. Didn't feel safe.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Stay at the Reynoldsburg exit to the east of this one.
Lobby was dated. Room smelled and was dated as well. The bathroom had a bad smell to it and there were fingerprints on the metal plates on the door. It just felt yucky. The parking lot had men loitering in it, both in and out of their vehicles. We didn't feel safe. We actually left about an hour after arriving to go to another hotel and forfeited the money - worth it to us for peace of mind. Also, the outdoor pool was closed without reason.

Dirty hotel

This hotel need a major updates and TLC. There is thick dust behind the beds and tables, the carpeting in the common areas is very stained and worn. attention to cleanliness details is non existent. 7
