Garanteed for late arrival my a**. Got to this place and was told it was to late to check in. I have never had this problem on any other hotel. Ill have my corporate office to do a charge back on the credit card.

Thank you for your comments. I am deeply sorry that your experience was not a positive one. I am not sure why someone would have not let you check in unless your room wasn't secure, which can't be the case if you held with a credit card. I am not sure what happened, but I will be sure to investigate with our front desk staff to ensure that something like this does not happen again. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
