Terrible.

Disheveled outside appearance, Dirty floors, Dirty carpets in hallways. Once inside the room it smelled disgusting. Carpet inside room was nasty, washcloth was stained. Lounge chair was stained with who knows what. Not a good deal at all.

The hotel was not a great place to stay at all. reason being was the Manger there a concern of mine wasn't taking care of, it wasn't resolved and it didn't bother her at all, just wasn't concerned about what problems I may have had.but I can say the house keeping staff were concerned more about my needs than the front desk. Thank you housekeeping department.

Business trip

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Clean up the outside, paint inside and out, new carpet, fix repairs needed in rooms.
Location: It was near my venue.
I've stayed at LaQuinta's in the past and always enjoyed the stay, however this one was horrible. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helped get one room switched without any problems (I reserved two rooms). This hotel was run down and dirty. The steps hadn't been swept in months. The carpet in the halls was worn and dirly. The outside of the facility was very dirty. My room was mostly clean but there was mold in the shower that I didn't notice until after I showered. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and I had a perfect dip to sleep in because the mattress was worn out. I'm certain this is not a representation of LaQuinta but this place needs serious help!!

Not good dog stains everywhere room stunk.

OK for a place to sleep

Cons: Needs complete overhaul. Everything is dated, worn, and not too clean.
Everything is dated, worn, and not too clean. Breakfast is the usual free continental carb fest. Apples and oranges for fruit, hard boiled eggs for protein, everything else is sugar. Oh, did I mention that all the bread products were stale?

My stay went well overall. The hotel itself was pretty well kept. My room, however, needed work on the cleaning side. The bathtub wasn't properly cleaned (there was a ring in the tub which I ended up cleaning out myself), the toilet wasn't well cleaned either, throw up stains in the carpet near the bed and stains on the bathroom floor which could have been mopped. Otherwise, no complaints!
