Great hotel, great location

Pros: Location
Room comfortable, clean. Great location, close to train, tram, city centre and many cafes and restaurants nearby. It was under renovation while we were there but this did not bother us. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The only very minor issue was that the coffee was inconsistently replenished. Very enjoyable stay.

Can't handle the truth

We were there for a huge conference. After checking in, I noticed that the room did not have AC nor a safe. I called the front desk and they told me that all rooms did not AC nor safe. Many of my associates were staying in the same hotel. They tell me that there rooms all had AC...go figure.

Overprices hotel, needs updating, good service

Over priced hotel. EUR 180 for a one night stay inc parking, no breakfast, room was basic, not as shown on the website. Old and need of refurbishment. 4-5 star price for a 3 star room. Had dinner in the bar, good food, excellent service from the guy behind the bar, very welcoming. Would look at alternative hotels for next trip, if I am paying nearly EUR 200 then I am sure better hotels are available.

Hotel absolutely good. The staff was "politely grumpy", but as an upside you are sure to wake up with their wake-up call ;) Conference facilities had some problems with electricity and temperature but it was sorted after several requests. Catering for very good, restaurant was unfortunately closed Sunday evening.

It tries to be a nice hotel but fails

Beds are horrible, pillows also aweful, one towel no shampoo, or lotion... a single Squeez bottle of hand soap. Facility is nice and room is clean, but I'm at a hotel to sleep and this hotel is really bad for that

Cons: No ironing facilities in room, but the ironing room was sufficient on another floor.
Very nice, great breakfast albeit quite expensive (24 Euros)

Convenient, close to train station.

A one night stopover, this hotel was comfortable and in a convenient part of town. Especially comfortable bed.
