Waited for the front desk person to complete her smoke break before she came to check us in. Standing right outside the door under the awning to smoke, not a good first impression.

The building is not the newest- however, it was clean and comfortable with all the basics, as well as a pool and hot tub. Service was friendly and generous. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay
Room was very comfortable. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows to choose from and we could turn the heat/cooling unit so that the fan stayed on all the time instead of always turning off and on. Looks like the place was recently renovated. Didn’t have any towel bars in the bathroom which I thought was a bit different but not a deal breaker. It was a quiet time here so not sure what this place is like when it’s busy. Would definitely stay here again. Sam the desk attendant was super… Very personable and helpful.

Overall the stay was great. Loved the breakfast. It was very clean. Only downside was after requesting a first floor room, the desk person was having a hard time to accommodate that request. I said if there was an elevator that the second floor would be fine. And it was except the elevator was at one end and our room was at the other. Making it very difficult for my husband to get to it. A little more consideration would have been appreciated.

I was in an accessible room. That usually means people have some sort of trouble getting in an out of the bathtub & need the grab bars. Why then would you think it appropriate to have such high bed? For starters, not everybody is tall and some people who require grab bars in the bathroom have hip &/or leg problems which make it difficult to climb into those high beds. Thank goodness I wasn't alone. My BF had to help me into bed.

NO USB PORTS I asked the young man working and he said "i have a plug but i won't let you use it" i didnt ask to use it. So i weren't outside to my vehicle and charged my phone. I know this sounds silly but ive traveled alot in my career and never had to do this. I didn't bring a ply for the wall because i didn't want to forget it

Everything was fine except the TV wasn't working. We could have moved to another room but we were already unpacked. We reuse bath towels when we stay longer so it would have been nice to have towel bars to dry our wet towels.

Quality Stay
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was decent - the eggs were good if you added salt & pepper. Due to food allergies, I could only eat that and the apples. Staff at the front desk were helpful. The only knock I would give them is that the tiles in the bathroom were in need of some repair, the wiggled around a bit because the grout was broken or missing.

Great pool and hot tub, nice shower at pool. CLEAN!!! Great pillows and comfortable bed. Beautiful room. Appreciated water bottles. Need better cereal selections. Terrible coffee in room and in breakfast area.
