In bad shape

Good location and nice desk staff but this hotel is in serious need of repair and updates. From holes in the walls and ceilings in the pool area to damp carpet in the room, nothing felt clean or comfortable here.

Pros: not much....my wife said the waffles at breakfast were good...
Location: we stayed here since all the hotels in eagle river were booked.
Hotel did not know we had a dog and we listed this on expedia. the bathroom had mold on the shower. for what we paid I did not expect more.

Nice hotel, nice price.

Pros: Clean, breakfast, price, activities.
Cons: Some updating.
It was a nice, clean place. Good breakfast, for an economical price. Nice pool-game room area.

Restful sleep, no hot water

Everything about our stay was great! They assisted with calling us a cab, they were really friendly, and I thought everything was going to be wonderful. Until it was time to take a shower in the morning. The first attempt yielded luke warm water at best. When trying about an hour later, it was even cooler. We even had the control on the hottest setting, all the way and nothing, even after letting it run a bit. It was a real disappointment.
