We apologize for any hickups arouse during your stay.Your score mostly affects the interests of our staff where we are so happy that you have found them to be Friendly and Helpful. This si exactly what we are trying so very hard to achive at the Mitsis Petit Palais. We are so sorry that in the aspect of finding a sunbed around the pool area was not the case because our lifeguard Dimitris is always around and willing to provide with one or two when he is rqusted to do so. Sincere apologies for this.Regarding the food offerings we would like to stress that our chefs' team has prepared a 14 day menu which includes 14 different theme nights (Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, BBQ, Tex-Mex, Asian etc ) so as to never be repetitive and everyone find the taste that suits best.We are so vey surprised that you did not find any of our hot dishes of your taste. yet again in this very case we could have done better beacuse our Team could prepare each day a specific dish for you in case you whised for and ordered the same day. So sad this was not the case.It is nice to see that at least our pizza from our colleauge Nektarios and the salads prepared by Ms Popi and Yiota were of your taste .We would like to thank you once again for your time to leave us your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again if you travel back to our beautiful islandBest regards
