Esperienza tutto sommato positiva. Non ho particolari critiche da fare, la cosa che mi ha deluso è legata al fatto che si paga per un 4 stelle per essere posizionati in un 3 stelle forse.
Ciò è dovuto alla disparità delle due aree dell'hotel, una nuova e una più vecchia. A mio avviso, l'hotel viene categorizzato come 4 stelle per i meriti della nuova struttura ma per potervi risiedere bisogna pagare per le "camere deluxe".
Nel complesso struttura carina ma nulla di particolare. Camere grandi a sufficienza e bagni piuttosto arretrati.

We would like to thank you for bringing your comments to our attention. Being our aim to fulfill to the best of our ability all our guests needs, negative feedback, however constructive it may be, is always sad to hear.
With reference to your comments about the category of the hotel, we would like to point out that last year we created a new section-building with rooms, which they are very beautiful and modern and are sold as the highest category of room in the hotel .
The rooms in the old part ,they have been renovated in 2008 and they are sold as a lower and cheaper category of rooms, in comparison to the new ones. Also, in our, next year plans, is to renovate them again.
In that case the Room - category, which a client reserves , is the Room that finally gets . However, if we have availability, we upgrade our clients, mostly during the lower season, without an extra payment.
We rarely receive any complaints in regards to this hotel aspect. Furthermore, we frankly believe that a brief conversation with the guest relations or our Hotel Manager would have resolved any doubts or issues you might have during your stay with us.
Rest assured that we have taken your detailed review into serious consideration and it has already been shared with our Management Team for discussion and further improvement.
