"Hotel was filthy...dead roaches, food scraps, beer cans and trash in the stairwell the entire 4 days we were there. The pool was closed due to needing an inspection, room keys had to be remade 3 times, staff was often absent from the front desk, room phone did not work...in order to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone. Dog poop was all over the grass areas. Do NOT stay here unless you like filth and bugs. "

"The front desk staff was courteous and we had a easy check in. This was not our first stay here. But the property looks tired and needs some repairs. The toilet handle was broken; instead of replacing it, it had been glued back and got stuck each time it was used. The bathroom door could not shut completely. The room fridge didn't cool our drinks. When my husband went down for breakfast, about 15 min from the end time, he asked a staff person who was putting the remaining scrambled eggs on a plate (for herself) if there would be anymore coming out and she said no. As convenient as this location is to our events, we will make other choices in the future. "

"Don’t let their photos fool you. This place was awful and in need of updating! It was very dark, dingy and depressing on the inside. The hall walls are scraped up and the whole place just needs a revamping. The only wonderful thing about our stay was a precious friendly lady at the front desk. Her name was Alexis from California. "

"Excellent place to stay! Steps away from the iconic Stockyards, shops and the famous, Billy Bob’s. Very friendly staff, super clean, outstanding continental breakfast and very quiet at night. This hotel will be my “go to” when I visit Fort Worth. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed."
